Small honeycombs can be repaired by chipping loose concrete, cleaning with water/air, then applying polymer-modified repair mortar. For deeper honeycombs, use epoxy injection or micro-concrete jacketing. Prevent recurrence by ensuring proper compaction (vibrators), correct water–cement ratio, and proper formwork sealing.
