    It depends on your career goal:

    • If you want to move into research, advanced design, or academia → a Master’s abroad (in USA, Canada, EU, or Australia) adds huge value.

    • If you want to stay in practical construction/project management → 2–3 years of solid site experience first is better.
      A balanced approach: gain at least 1–2 years of local experience before going abroad, so you can connect theory with practice.
